Most people’s plans are determined by what drives them: if your drivers are similar to theirs and if their plan fits in with yours that’s fine. However, you’ll be much better off if you design your own career plan, a plan that is consistent with your career drivers. This begs the question: do you know what your career drivers are? Do you know what keeps you engaged and happy at work?
